About the Role

As an allEV Partner, you will represent our service division to customers and partners. Your job will blend empathy, communication, and performance to help customers navigate our EV service offerings. Whether it’s individual riders or fleet operators — you’ll ensure they experience seamless support and real value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Retail Customer Engagement
    Engage customers via calls/WhatsApp, explain service plans, and book appointments with care.

  • Fleet & B2B Sales
    Customize and pitch services to EV fleet operators, aggregators, and dealers.

  • Customer Experience
    Conduct follow-ups, collect feedback, and be the customer’s voice within our team.

  • Sales & CRM Management
    Meet targets, maintain CRM logs, and find upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

Who Should Apply?

  • Fresh graduates with internships/work experience at EV or mobility startups.

  • Fluent in English + one regional language.

  • Passionate about EVs and sustainable mobility.

  • Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, and Excel.

  • Empathetic, reliable, and goal-driven.
